Hi, Iā€™m Kaytie.

I am excited you are here and honored to have the opportunity to be apart of your journey!

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Professor of Graduate Clinical Psychology, and Clinical Supervisor for MFT Associates working towards their Licensure.

I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2010, specializing in how our attachment and childhood experiences deeply effect who we are today and how we approach our current relationships. This led to further specialization in Eating Disorders (specifically Binging and Intuitive Eating), ADHD, Perinatal Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety, and ultimately how this all shows up in your relationships.

I take a genuine and down-to-earth approach to therapy, deeply acknowledging the delicateness of inviting me into this part of your journey. I use an attachment based approach, rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy. It is often our relationships with others, as well as ourselves, that breaks us...and so it is through the power of the therapeutic relationship that your deep healing can begin.

My work with clients focuses on how their attachment and past/current relationships affect and contribute to their mental health, joy, and overall success. It is my deepest goal to help you move from: guilt to grace; from fear to trust; and most importantly from broken to whole.

I respect your courage for taking this step to begin the process of healing and growing, and would be honored to work with you. I look forward to hearing from you!
