Brittany is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and background as a special needs para-educator, with an emphasis on providing therapy to young adults with a trauma-informed approach. As a therapist, Brittany provides access to life-affirming mental health care with a focus on promoting empowerment to marginalized groups including People of diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and People with Disabilities, while connecting them to the resources needed to thrive in the larger community.
Brittany’s approach to therapy is holistic and Client-Centered, where she honors that YOU are the expert of YOUR experience. Brittany focuses on celebrating the intersectionality of our identities through connecting and processing your story and exploring past attachments and how that affects your present relationships.
